This module is for construction professionals including directors, senior managers, project managers, site managers, foremen, works managers and site engineers, purchasers and quantity surveyors or anyone who leads a team who will be affected by the implementation of digital solutions.

This eLearning module assumes that you have an appreciation of digital solutions used in a construction context. If you don’t have recent construction site experience or a working knowledge of BIM, digital models and other digital construction tools we recommend that you complete the following free eLearning modules before you continue:

This module:

• Enables you to consider possible reasons for resistance to the introduction of new technologies
• Demonstrates how to lay the foundations for successful adoption of new digital tools
• Explains the role of communication in facilitating change, and 
• Discusses different ways to engage the workforce in adopting new tools.
