This module is for:


  • HR professionals, training and H&S managers working in construction companies
  • Directors and senior managers in companies which do not have a dedicated HR function
  • Individuals involved in defining and assuring competence in their organisation, such as compliance managers

Prerequisites


If your organisation is implementing digital construction tools at site level, or if you are involved in the development of a wider digital strategy beyond HR, we recommend you gain an understanding of the challenges and barriers faced. What does this module cover?


The aim of this module is to help you consider how digital tools can support the HR function as well as the role of the HR function in the context of a wider digital strategy. It covers some important definitions and offers some useful models which can help to structure your thinking around problems in the context of digital progress and transformation.
