We are a Civil Engineering and Building contractor covering a wide spectrum of sectors including the challenging environments of Petrochemical, Rail, Energy and Utilities. We offer expertise in groundworks, infrastructure, building & refurbishment, surfacing and drainage.
All of our operations are managed from our Head Office, based in Scotland. The majority of our construction projects are also in Scotland.
Introduction from Adrian
I am an HR professional with a background in safety, occupational health and training. I’ve worked with Luddon Construction for over 20 years in a variety of Health & Safety, Training and HR roles.
Having recognised the need for better awareness and use of digital technology within our own organisation, the DCS project was introduced to us at an ideal time and has broadened the horizons of our own improvement strategy to incorporate a wider range of business functions. From the project, we would like to see readily available, standardised information resources relating to digital technology which will lead to an acceleration in safety, quality and productivity improvements within the industry.
We plan to share our own best practice and performance data related to the delivery of our own digital improvement strategy with the project partners and share the project learning with our clients and supply-chain.
