Introduction from Wayne
With over 15 years’ experience in various industries and business fields, I’ve been with Hercules for the past five years in a number of roles. My wide-ranging skill-set and flexible, innovative approach have led to me recently taking on the new role of Head of Innovation & Technology with Hercules where my primary responsibility is to identify and support innovation throughout our business.
My passion is in finding ways to use technology to benefit the people in our industry, be it the people I work with day in day out in our Head Office or the people who are working out on site on the various projects we supply labour into.
With my wide range of skills and experience in different business fields, I can offer different perspectives on digital transformation and technology in the construction industry. I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the DTL project partners to deliver a programme of learning that can help leaders in our industry deliver their own digital transformations without losing sight of the people that keep our industry moving.
