Introduction from Doug
I trained as a Mechanical Engineer and over the course of my career held various senior positions in companies delivering projects in the water and infrastructure sector before I decided to make the career change into Behavioural Consultancy. I bring my experience as a business manager and leader to the project. This helps me to think strategically and bring people together.
I help companies create an environment where the fulfilment their employees feel each day makes it a place where people want to work. I do this by helping SMEs identify the behavioural patterns needed for business success and provide the means of supporting their workforce individually or in teams and link these patterns to business results.
I have worked with high profile companies and project teams to deliver measurable behavioural change and improved results. I have also developed partnerships with other companies to enhance the way behaviours can be changed through technology and systems.
